NYSTEIN Thermal Gel Flextein® GC800

Product Introduction Flextein GC800 Series is a high performance, cost effective thermal interface material. It’s made of thermally conductive copper foil coating with graphite. The graphite coating allows it to conform exactly to surfaces, thus maximizing heat transfer. Compare to common graphite film, the Flextein GC800 Series provide excellent thermal performance in all X-Y-Z direction. They can bend and make a orientable heat transfer. The GC800 Series also would not off powder compare to graphite film, which would cause electric issue. The GC800 Series can coat with plastic, pressure-sensitive adhesive and other material combinations to meet the additional design features and needs.
